Where Do We Ship? 

Ordering an item from TouringMotorcycleAccessories.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, batteries are the only restricted item.

How Much Does It Cost?

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

How Do We Ship?

We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order and how or if you want to pay shipping. General delivery information for Standard, Two-Day, and One-Day shipping can be found during the checkout process or visit www.ups.com or www.usps.com

When Do We Ship?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing time before shipping from our warehouse.

Where's Your Stuff?

After you've placed your order, you receive an email conformation when the items are shipped and if with UPS.com you can track your package.

General Returns Policy

 

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TouringMotorcycleAccessories.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just email TouringMotorcycleAccessories@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable

TouringCycleAccessories.com does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Hazardous items that are gas-powered, contain flammable liquids, or battery acids. (These items will say "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page.)
  • Gift certificates.

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Touring Cycle Accessories.com.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return.

For items directed to our Returns Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. How are refunds calculated?

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

If you printed a postage-paid return mailing label from our website or used a pre-paid label sent by Customer Service, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.

Items that meet our returns guidelines outlined above will receive a full refund.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

  • Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.

If you used an Touring Cycle Accessories.com gift certificate/card to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return in our online Returns Center. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, follow our instructions on the Packing & Sending Your Return below (be sure to include the packing slip in the box), and ship the order to:

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please email touringmotorcycleaccessories@gmail.com (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. We will keep in contact trough emails.

Packing & Sending Your Return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1.Email us and we will we send you a packaging label.

2.Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip go to your login page and print out a copy of your invoice.

3.Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

4.Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.

Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our online Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Returns Center and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

Using our Return Mailing Label

The return mailing labels obtained from our online Returns Center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item using the same shipping carrier used in the original transaction.
